Our Founder

Camille Fetter is the Managing Partner of TalentFoot in Chicago. She works with corporations, agencies, publishers, and technology providers of all sizes, nationwide. Ms. Fetter has been an executive recruiter for eight years and has a track record of helping organizations build high-impact executive leadership teams.

Prior to starting TalentFoot, Camille led the marketing, advertising & media practice at Lucas Group in Chicago. She was the first hire in Chicago to build the search firm's marketing practice. She led the firm to exceed its business and financial objectives in a competitive market. In this role, she reached Platinum Elite status which is the highest honor at the firm.

During her career as an executive recruiter, she has repeatedly matched stellar candidates with blue-chip clients with unsurpassed enthusiasm. Camille’s intense digital industry focus is complemented by her engaging personality and is what has led her to success, which has been nothing short of extraordinary.

Her thorough understanding of digital media continues to make her successful regardless of the nature of the search - retained or contingent. To better partner with her clients, Camille continually goes the extra mile, whether it be for a CMO, a Vice President, Director, or Middle Management position, she gets the job done with the very best talent possible.

Ms. Fetter currently serves on the Executive Board of the Chicago Interactive Marketing Association  (CIMA) as the Vice President of Corporate Relations. She has been featured in AOL, MSN Careers, Crain’s Business, CareerBuilder, and TheLadders.

A graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, Camille holds a B.S. in Advertising and a minor in Technology, Art & Media.

The Team

Jane Ashen Turkewitz, Director of Client Development

Jane has a rich background in media, recruiting and career services, having worked for two boutique media recruiting firms specializing in digital, print and television. She has recruited for companies as diverse as BuzzNet, Real Networks, A&E Television Digital, Hachette Filippachi Digital and Sugar Media.

She is also the founder of T & JAM — a career-consulting firm that specializes in personal branding and resume crafting.  She has helped hundreds of media executives position themselves for the job market through her consulting business and as the “official resume writer” for MediaBistro. She is a recognized expert on personal branding with a popular blog —LetsTalkTurkeyBlog.com— and articles that have been featured on MediaPost, MediaBistro and more than 50 career-related sites.

Prior to working in career development, Turkewitz spent more than 10 years as a marketing executive for major brands that include Seventeen Magazine, The Walt Disney Company and The New York Times.

Turkewitz has a Bachelor’s degree in History, with a concentration in Russian studies, from the University of Michigan. She currently resides in New York with her husband, kids and requisite pets.

Liz Schrum, Associate Recruiter 
Throughout her recruiting career, Liz’s enthusiasm for people and strong networking skills has allowed her to uncover top quality candidates for her clients. Her ability to make connections and form strong, lasting relationships has made her an effective recruiter who successfully matches the right candidate with the right position. Client satisfaction is at the forefront of Liz’s mind and she continually works to ensure her clients’ needs are being met.

In addition to her recruiting experience, Liz was a program director for the Wisconsin Technology Council. In this role, she was responsible for member recruitment and retention, sales and marketing, and event management. She organized and directed conferences designed to match entrepreneurs with investors; and also ran the statewide Governor’s Business Plan Contest helping entrepreneurs get their business off the ground. Her passion for networking and making connections has helped entrepreneurs in Wisconsin connect with the right people and gain the exposure they need to take their business to the next level.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison and holds a B.S. in Journalism.

Melissa Ariston, Associate Recruiter

Melissa has a thorough understanding of her clients' businesses and strives to uncover only the top talent in the industry. She utilizes her background in advertising and media to produce successful matches for her clients and candidates. Melissa spent several years working for advertising agencies in Chicago. Prior to joining TalentFoot, Melissa held a career in media planning at both OMD and Kelly, Scott and Madison in Chicago.

A graduate of the University of Indiana - Bloomington and holds a B.S. in Marketing.

Amanda Douglas, Associate Recruiter    

With Amanda's extensive background in counseling and job coaching, Amanda will be your advocate and place you in your best possible position. Her counseling techniques and excellent interpersonal skills allows her to understand both the needs of the client and the employee, creating a match so that both will ultimately succeed. Amanda is exceptional at digging deep into organizations and identifying hidden talent.

A graduate of Drake University and holds a B.S. in Psychology, Sociology and a Master of Science in Counseling.

Kate Seniwongse, Associate Recruiter

Prior to joining TalentFoot, Kate gained recruiting experience with a marketing firm in Boston. She is passionate about helping and meeting new people. Kate's core exptertise falls within paid search and organic search for corporations and agencies nationwide.

A graduate of The University of Illinois and holds a B.S. in Architectural Studies.

Anna Edwards, Office Manager

Anna's organization skills is the key to TalentFoot running smoothly. She is the office manager at TalentFoot's headquarters in Chicago in addition to taking on research responsibilities. She wears many hats at the firm and can always be seen with a smile on her face.
